Our commitment
MedPro is committed to making our service usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards across the product and the website.
What we do
Keyboard navigation throughout. Screen reader support (tested on VoiceOver and NVDA). Sufficient colour contrast (AA minimum). Focus indicators on all interactive elements. Reduced motion mode respected. Captions on all product videos. Alt text on meaningful images.
Known gaps
We are actively working on: improved screen-reader announcement in our calendar view (target Q3 2026); high-contrast mode for the patient chart (target Q4 2026); voice control beyond dictation (under research).
