What does “€400 of Brigid AI credit” mean?
Every plan includes a monthly pool of Brigid AI, valued at our standard top-up rate. That’s roughly 40,000 clinical notes, referral letters or recalls a month on Enterprise (about 8,600 on Essential). Most practices use a small fraction of it, you’re never charged per note, and if you ever need more, top-ups start at €20.
Is MedYou really free for every patient?
Yes — unlimited patient invites on every plan, with no per-patient fees, ever. Your patients get booking, messaging and their health records in a portal branded to your clinic.
How do I get set up and bring my data over?
