Where does data live?
AWS Dublin. EU only. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit. We hold the keys; no third party can read your records.
Is my data used for AI training?
No. Contractually. Brigid runs on EU-hosted models we control. Your patient data never leaves the practice's tenant.
What if she gets it wrong?
She tells you when she's uncertain. Every draft is flagged for human review, and nothing is sent or filed without a clinician's sign-off.
Will my older partners use it?
Most do. Brigid is invisible until you need her. No app to learn. The first day she's the helpful junior; by week two she's the practice manager.
