- Can we keep our existing IT?
- Yes. MedPro layers on top — designed to work alongside your AD/Azure, your VPN, and your existing imaging/lab systems (directory SSO is on the roadmap). We replace EMRs, not infrastructure.
- What does data isolation look like across sites?
- Each site is a tenant within your group. Patient records can be shared across sites with audit logging; commercials, schedules, and clinician notes stay site-isolated by default. Per-role, per-site access controls.
- Do you support SCIM provisioning?
- SCIM 2.0 automated provisioning for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace is on our enterprise roadmap. Today, clinicians and admins are provisioned through MedPro’s own role management. Talk to us about timelines for your rollout.
- How do we report across sites?
- Executive dashboards roll up revenue, utilisation, clinical outcomes, Brigid usage by site, clinician, and specialty. Schedulable PDF and CSV exports to the group's accountant.
- What if a site needs to leave the group?
- Full data export (patients, records, billing history) for that site delivered as encrypted package. We help spin them up on a standalone MedPro tenant or migrate to another platform. No exit fees.
