About

Why MedPro exists.

Irish private practice runs on software that was new when the iPhone hadn’t been invented. Socrates, HealthOne, iMedDoc — the products that hold the market are 2004 products with new logos. They do the job they were built to do. They were not built for a clinician’s day in 2026.

I’m David Galvin. I run DJG Media. I’m not a clinician. I built MedPro because I’d spent enough time around Irish private practice owners — working on software problems with the people running clinics — to see the same complaint in every one of them. The software is slow. The software doesn’t talk to anything. Reception drowns in calls. Clinical notes eat the evening. The bills go out late and come back later. And nobody who built the software is shipping anything anyone in the practice asked for.

So MedPro is what private practice software looks like when you start it from scratch in 2026, with AI as the engine, in Ireland, for Irish clinicians. Brigid is the AI practice manager — she handles scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, and patient outreach. You stay in control. You review every action. You can move your data out at any time.

We’re early. We’re working with a small group of Irish private practices. We ship every week. The roadmap is public. The pricing is public. The trial is seven days, card required, cancel any time. If you’ve got a question that the trial won’t answer, mail me directly: david@medproai.com.
