Do you handle PCRS and GMS claims?
PCRS/GMS auto-claims are coming soon — capitation reconciled overnight, items-of-service and STC claims filed in batches, rejections returned with a fix proposal you approve in one tap. Today MedPro handles your invoicing and Stripe payments; claim submission still happens through the PCRS portal.
Does Brigid understand Irish accents?
Yes. Voice models trained on Cork, Dublin, Limerick, Galway, and Northern Ireland accents from day one. Medical terminology + Irish placenames recognised without retraining.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your full patient record (CSV + PDF) at any time, no fee. We help you migrate to any other EMR. We never hold your data hostage. EU-hosted, never used for AI training.
Can my older partners use it?
Most do. Brigid is invisible until you need her. No app to learn. Day one, she behaves like a helpful junior; by week two, she runs the practice.
