Yes — natively. PRSI dental treatment benefits are pre-checked against eligibility at booking. Claims are formatted and submitted automatically.
How does insurance pre-auth work?
For VHI, Laya, and Irish Life, we pull eligibility live before the appointment. Treatment plans show what the patient owes vs the insurer in real time.
Can patients pay from their phone?
Yes. Treatment-plan invoices arrive as a Stripe link by SMS + email. Apple Pay + Google Pay supported. Treatment-plan financing for larger work (orthodontics, implants).
What about my dental imaging?
We integrate with Carestream, DEXIS, and Sirona via DICOM. Images attach to the patient record automatically. Annotations stay with the image.
Do hygienists get their own login?
Yes. Role-based access for hygienists, associates, partners, and admin. Each role sees only what they need. Audit logs on everything.
